- • Pinholes & Spots: Small pinholes or dark specks are standard in national ceramic quality levels. They are marks of the kiln's breath.
- • Unglazed Base: The bottom ring remains unglazed to ensure stability during the 1280°C firing process.
- • Breathable Vents: Small vents at the base allow the ceramic body to breathe under extreme heat, preventing cracks and ensuring a perfect glaze.
